MANAGING & WORKING SAFELY ONBOARDING TERMS:

We the VideoTile Distributor agree to the following terms:

1. We will not use the IOSH logo on our website(s) or marketing unless we have direct permission from IOSH
2. We will not claim to be licensed directly with IOSH to deliver the VideoTile online IOSH Approved Managing Safely® & Working Safely®  course
3. When referring to the courses in our marketing and on our website we will use the term ‘this IOSH Approved Managing/Working Safely Course’ rather than ‘Our IOSH Approved Managing/Working Safely Course’
4. IOSH Approved Managing/Working Safely® is the way we will refer to the courses on our website and advertising
5. We will display the following words on our website (or similar to be agreed in writing between the parties). ‘We work in partnership with a trusted training provider to deliver online IOSH Approved Managing & Working Safely®. The courses are delivered via their platform. As an agent for these courses we are not directly approved by or associated with IOSH’
6. Any breach of these terms will result in the immediate removal of the IOSH Approved Managing/Working Safely® courses from the distributors LMS
7. We will not advertise a price for the VideoTile online IOSH Approved Managing/Working Safely® courses that is any less than our purchase price. The RRP is £250 for Managing safely and £99 for Working Safely
8. We will refer to the course as being ‘approved’ not ‘accredited’.
