What does VideoTile Do?

VideoTile Learning create interactive video based eLearning courses for training professionals. From constructing a completely bespoke course from your existing content to licensing from our extensive range of existing courses, we can deliver the eLearning tool to help your business prosper.

Who are the courses approved by? Are the courses Accredited?
Our courses are approved by a variety of awarding bodies dependent on the course. These include IOSH, CPD, ETA Awards, Gatehouse Awards, Institute of Hospitality, Laser Awards, IATP & IIRSM.
How much does it cost me?

This can vary depending on how many courses you would like to offer and how you pay for licences. Complete the form on our contact page and one of our Directors of eLearning will arrange a short call and discuss this further

Will it work on my own elearning system or LMS?

Yes using our bespoke API, you can use the courses on your own LMS.

What courses are available?

Why should I use VideoTile?

We offer a fully branded LMS with the most engaging courses on the market and, because we don’t sell direct to the public, all our efforts go into helping you sell the courses.

Will it work on my website?

Yes, we will work with you to create a branded landing page within your website. This will work on any website.

What is your company's background? How did you get into eLearning?

We evolved from the world of corporate film and broadcast television dating back to 1979 when VideoTile’s Production Director formed a production company to take advantage of the then new video recording technologies. Throughout the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s we produced documentary style programs for the ITV network and large corporate organisations both in the UK and USA. We also maintained offices in Seward Street, Hollywood, CA in addition to its UK production base.

In more recent times we have used these techniques to develop high quality interactive video based online eLearning courses for a wide range of sectors.

Are they branded (white labeled)?

Yes the courses, LMS and all marketing information we supply will be branded with your company identity.

How do I add more courses to my LMS?

This is an easy process. Just email sales@videotile.co.uk with your requirements and we’ll get the courses added.

I have lost my admin panel login details.

You will see a ‘Forgot Password’ link on your admin panel login page. Alternatively please email support@videotile.co.uk and we will help you.

What are Unlimited Subscriptions?

You can offer businesses a 12 month subscription based on the number of employees they would like to train. The employees get unlimited access to all your courses while the subscription is active and we also offer literature and contracts that you can use. It is expected that the business would pay you a monthly fee and the contracts can easily be renewed after the 12 month period has expired. My company has rebranded? Can I change my logo?

Yes your courses and LMS would need to be rebranded to match this. Please email support@videotile.co.uk and we will help you.

My customer's videos won't load.

We would recommend using Google Chrome and ensure that it is up to date. You can check if Google Chrome is up to date by clicking the three dots at the top right to open the menu, then hover your mouse icon over ‘Help’ then choose ‘About Google Chrome’. This will show you the version of Google Chrome you are using and if it is not up to date it will automatically start updating.

If this does not work you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. You can do this in Google Chrome by clicking the three dots at the top right to open the menu, then click on settings, you will then need to scroll to the bottom and click on advanced. From here you need to choose clear browsing data, ensure you have ticked the boxes for cache and cookies then hit clear.

If you are still experiencing this issue after ensuring your web browser is up to date then please email support@videotile.co.uk and we will help you.

My customers are not receiving the login emails.

If your clients are unable to receive emails from the system, their spam filters may be blocking them. In this case they would need to whitelist them with their service provider.  The IP address and email that should be whitelisted are: 167.89.1.159 admin@trainingemail.com

How much credit do I have remaining?

This is displayed on the main page of your admin panel. For a more detailed report We would need to run a sales report for your account. Please email support@videotile.co.uk and we will help you.

I want to purchase additional credit.

This is an easy process. Just email sales@videotile.co.uk with your requirements and we’ll get the credit added.

Where do I find the sales presentation that I can use for potential customers?

You can find the end user presentation link and script in the resources tab of your administration panel.

How do I offer discount codes?

You can create your own discount codes in the discounts tab of your administration panel. This will only work if you have linked your PayPal account.

How do I set up PayPal integration?

Integrating your PayPal account with the eLearning system allows you to sell the courses through the eLearning system’s purchase page, with the funds going directly to your PayPal account. The setup process is simple and you can find the instructions in the resources tab of your administration panel.

I need help with marketing.

We have a wide range of marketing materials and support. please email support@videotile.co.uk and we will help you.

I am interested in making a new online course.

First double check our course list https://www.videotile.co.uk/course-catalogue/ to see if it’s already available or we may have something similar. Alternatively Just email sales@videotile.co.uk with your requirements and we’ll get a quote sent to you.

How much do the courses cost me?

This can vary depending on the commercial package you are on. Please email sales@videotile.co.uk with your requirements.

Can I use my own content?

Yes, when we create bespoke courses we would initially put you in touch with one of our script writers who would take your existing content and put it in a format suitable for eLearning.

Can it be in another language?

Yes, we work with a variety of experts that can translate the content into any other language you require.

Will it be branded for my company?

Your courses and LMS would be branded to match your corporate identity.

My videos won't load.

What is Bulk Credit and how does this work?

Bulk credit gives your customers the opportunity to predict how much training they will need and to make appropriate purchases, upfront. In return, you could reward them with lower prices and a more flexible solution giving them unlimited access to your full suite of courses while they are in credit. How do the invigilated accredited exams work?

We are an accredited centre for ETA Awards and Laser Awards. We provide you access to our online invigilated examination which can be taken anywhere.  Our market leading examination system delivers the final assessment direct to your candidate via the internet, invigilated using screen sharing and web cam, allowing them to receive their accreditation quicker and easier without the stress and hassle of visiting an exam centre.

How do the NVQ courses work?

The NVQ modules can be used to support candidates that are undertaking NVQ courses by providing a flexible and convenient way to complete the knowledge component of these units. The system will test them as they go through each learning objective of the unit and the final module is designed in a way that allows them to type in answers to prove that they have learned and understood the content relating to each learning objective.

This content can then be downloaded and used as part of the candidates work portfolio.

These courses also come packaged with new tools in your LMS for centres to assign NVQ assessors to candidates completing these units who can mark and provide feedback on the content.

How do I change the certificate template for courses?

We have a number of templates available for course certificates and they can be selected from the ‘Your Details” section of the admin panel.

How do I provide feedback on the LMS?

We are constantly developing the LMS with new features and functionality that work best for our distributors. If you there is any functionality you would like the LMS to have, you can provide feedback from the admin panel or email support@videotile.co.uk
