    Fred Dinenage shows Videotile 'How!'

    Date: 23rd September 2009

Popular news presenter and TV host, Fred Dinenage, was in action recently at the Videotile studios as part of a promotional videotile for The Legal Deeds Poll Service – a company which allows you to change you or your child’s name by simply filling on a form online.

Fred first rose to prominence on the children’s TV show How! which was destined to become the longest-running children's programme on ITV.

Since the mid-1980s Fred has presented magazine programmes, quizzes, such as Gambit, along with sports events. He’s the most well-known news anchorman on southern TV screens, and currently co-hosts Meridian Tonight with Sangeeta Bhabra.

"The shoot went very well", says Videotile's Andrew Hines. "Fred is very professional and friendly." He's an avid football fan and, until last season, was a director at Portsmouth FC. Fred was very interested in the fact that Burnley is now in the premiership, and invited me down to the Portsmouth game in December. So you could say we got on very well."

"Working with Videotile was a most enjoyable experience", said Fred. "I was much impressed with the slickness and professionalism – and good humour – of the whole operation."

The Legal Deeds Poll has commissioned us to produce a number of videotiles featuring a range of celebrities. As part of the contract, we're tasked with finding celebrities to appear on screen.

We may have to get more used to celebrities, as we're moving into the wider fields of video production. Videotile has recently made a considerable investment in broadcast equipment which will enable us to make promotional videos, TV commercials, corporate videos, web videos, instruction videos and video press releases.
